MealMaster is the old DOS-software, where most electronic recipes have been created with. This project inspired me to do a new graphical software using a professional database-software.
Gourmet Recipe Manager (Sourceforge project of the month August 2005)
Recipe-software mango. Mango has a very advanced graphical user interface. However this project has been discontinued for the moment.
krecipes and the corresponding PHP-frontend. The project is part of KDE's CVS-repository.
LargoRecipes is a recipe-software written in Java.
grecipes is a command-line tool for managing a recipe-database using SQLite.

Closed Source Software

Kalorio is a very advanced commercial recipe software (german).
